After many years of vacancy and disuse, Build WyCo acquired the multi-story building at 601 Minnesota and is now undergoing an adaptive reuse (renovation) of the building.

When complete, the project will house:

• 21-23 market-rate apartments
• Ground-floor commercial and retail space
• Flexible community gathering area
• Build WyCo’s new county-wide headquarters
