About Tennille
Tennille Veal joined Build WyCo in July of 2019 as a Property Manager and has since transitioned into the role of Home Sales Manager. Ms. Veal is the listing agent for Build WyCo properties. Her responsibilities include property maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant/owner relations, rent collection, budget preparation/implementation, contract negotiations and administration.
Ms. Perkins began her real estate career at Reece & Nichols in 1998, and brings over 25 years of residential real estate and property management experience to Build WyCo. She has a background in REO listings/sales and management of residential and commercial properties, including office buildings, condominiums, and single/multifamily homes.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 grandkids and family.
