Build WyCo worked with Mesner Development Company to build 24 new single family homes using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) in two different neighborhoods, Riverview and Escalade Heights (now called Meadowlark Valley). House to Home allows families to rent while undergoing homeownership counseling or education with the end goal of becoming homeowners. Build WyCo has built 16 units in Meadowlark Valley and 8 units in the Riverview neighborhood.
