Build WyCo will continue to do site-built construction. Modular homes add a faster, more affordable construction method to Build WyCo's toolbox - without compromising on quality.

Adding more options for construction helps increase the rate we can meet the need for quality housing in Wyandotte County. This construction method has the potential to cut construction time by several months and could allow us to double the amount of homes we build every year.

These homes meet the "donated lot" requirement for the AHP down payment assistance grant. Buyer must also meet the following requirements:
